I'm British do I need a visa to work a summer season in Europe?

I'e been looking at summer working hols in European islands like Napa, Zante, Ibiza etc with companies like Summer Takeover, Ace Working Holidays and Rep Route but I can't find any information about visas can anyone help do I need one after Brexit even just for a few months summer work???

After Brexit and the UK leaving the EU, to work legally in any EU country you will need a visa. To get this you need to get sponsored by a company. Working illegally in Spain is risky and not recommended.
