Working in Santorini FAQ
Language
Knowing basic Greek is an advantage but most jobs advertised online are usually for English and bilingual speakers. For hotel work, knowing more than one language will really boost your employment prospects.
Eligibility
To work in Greece you will need to be an EU / EAA citizen. Applying from overseas as a foreigner is possible but you will usually need a company to sponsor your visa. Santorini is a very popular place to live and so competition for positions high.
