The Leger Shearings group is collaborating with multiple coach operators across the country, in looking for enthusiastic, ambitious and experienced coach drivers to join their dynamic teams and become part of our tour operations programme. We are currently preparing to hit the road once more and get back to doing what we do best, as the UK’s largest escorted coach tour operator, we’ve got plenty for customers to choose
We are looking for drivers who enjoy working with people, have a flexible schedule and enjoy European and UK travel. You must have an excellent customer service background and be able to maintain professional and polite communication with both us the company, and customers, at all times, in an effective way in order to enhance the reputation of our LegerShearings group holidays. Additionally, the successful applicant should be comfortable communicating on a microphone to our customers during the tours which may be allocated to you.
It is essential to have European driving experience and the successful applicant must be prepared to work from March to November, plus Christmas and New Year as a team, with a fellow driver, or individually. All applicants should have excellent map-reading and navigational skills, and the ability to work with others and accomplish goals in a team environment.
You must be in possession of a full PCV licence, driver CPC and meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements. As a condition of employment, all applicants will be required to submit to background checks.
