Travelling the world and finding yourself in a different location every day, free of shore routines such as commuting and cooking, while meeting colleagues and guests from all over the world is an experience very few jobs can offer! However, working on board is not an easy job, since the working hours can be long.

Contract
The length of our on board contracts is usually between 5 and 7 months, followed by a period of 2 months’ holiday.
Working hours
Our guests are aboard our ships for a dream holiday, an experience of a lifetime… The pace of work necessary to make that happen can be challenging, with some extended hours and tight schedules. It will not be possible to take time off regularly, but this will be arranged as much as operationally possible.
Accommodation
A cabin with an individual bathroom and TV will be assigned to you on your first day on the ship. Depending on your position, you may share your cabin with another colleague. Even if you are not used to this proximity, you will adjust to it quickly. Rest assured that there are clear rules ensuring all employees are comfortable in their cabins. You will see that your colleagues with more on board experience have adjusted well and have enjoyed making strong friendships with their cabin-mates!
