Retail & Call Centres
We’re constantly expanding across the UK and offer retail and foreign exchange positions throughout our 471 nationwide branches and call centres.

We’re looking for experienced travel consultants to join our sales teams, with a variety of roles available. We engage with customers face-to-face, via email, on social media, and over the phone – so you have the chance to use your sales skills on multiple platforms. All we ask is that you have exceptional customer service skills, a lively personality and are able to build a rapport with our customers to deliver their perfect holiday.

A remarkable 99% of our customers rate our service good or excellent and come back to us time and time again to book their holidays. Join us and you’ll have the chance to work in an exciting and fast-paced environment to sell that holiday people look forward to all year. Of course, it’s not all about work. Head Office Jobs in Sunderland
Hays Travel’s head office has always been based in Sunderland city centre but as the company has expanded and the number of people needed at the hub of the business increased, office space has had to grow too. Until recently head office staff were sprawled across four different city centre buildings, however, in summer 2019 the Hays head office family relocated to Gilbridge House, a location large enough to house all 500 plus employees.

Apprenticeships
